They contacted us to see if we could develop an easy to use CRM solution that was tailor-made for the New Zealand immigration advisor industry.
Over the following months we spent a lot of time working with different immigration advisors to learn more about the challenges they face, their business processes, and the tools that could help make their businesses more efficient. We mapped out a customised CRM solution before beginning coding work in January 2014.
We launched the first beta version of Ezymigrate in July 2014. We then gave the beta version to several licensed immigration advisers. They tested the system in the real-life situation of their businesses. This helped us to fix bugs and problems in the code but more importantly it enabled us to add features and improve functions to make Ezymigrate flow and work better. This lead to the full release of Ezymigrate in October 2015.

It also shortens the time it takes to prepare applications, plus you get notifications of the expiry dates of travel documents and visas. Forms previously had to be completed manually. Ezymigrate's editable forms reduced form-filling time from 2-3 hours per client case to around 15 minutes. Also, I believe you will find the response times from the Ezymigrate support team are quick. You can also give them suggestions and/or requests to improve the system. They respond promptly to your suggestions and add new updates to the system to meet your needs.
